From İstanbul to your door, with nothing left to settle

When it leaves, and when it arrives

Your rug is dispatched from İstanbul within one to two business days of your order. It travels by air courier and is at your door within three to five days of dispatch, customs permitting.

We write to you with the carrier and the tracking number on the day it leaves, and again when it is delivered.

The price you see is the price you pay

Carriage, import duty and tax are settled by us before the piece travels — DDP on the paperwork, which makes the sender the importer of record rather than you. Nothing is collected at your door and no customs bill follows.

A signature, always

Every rug is sent signature-required. Somebody has to be there to receive it; at these values we will not authorise a courier to leave one unattended.

If it is not right

Fourteen days from delivery. Write to us first and we book the collection with the same courier, insured and signature-tracked — you arrange nothing, though the return carriage is at your cost. The refund goes back to the card you paid with, in full, once the piece is back with us.

A commissioned piece is made for you and cannot be returned.
