Duty-paid, with nothing to settle on arrival

The price you pay includes delivery, import duty and tax. Nothing is collected at your door and no customs bill follows.

This is what "DDP" means on the paperwork: the sender is the importer of record, not you.

Signature required

Every rug is sent signature-required. Somebody has to be there to receive it. At these values we will not authorise a courier to leave one unattended.

When it leaves

Your rug is dispatched from İstanbul within one to two business days of your order, and travels by air — at your door within three to five days of dispatch, customs permitting.

We write to you with the carrier and tracking number on the day it leaves, and again when it is delivered.

Your rug is dispatched from İstanbul directly to you.
