Terms of sale
Who you are buying from
You are buying from Uniqxel LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States, whose registered office is 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801. That is the company your card is charged by and the company this contract is with.
The shop trades as The Anatolian Rugs. Your card statement shows ANATOLIAN.
The rugs are selected, documented and dispatched from our rooms in İstanbul. Where a piece was woven is stated on its own page and on its certificate, and is never implied by our name.
What is being sold
Every rug listed here is a single physical object: the one photographed is the one that ships. It cannot be reordered — once sold, that piece is gone. A rug carrying the same drawing may exist at another size; that is a different object and a separate sale.
Photographs are of the actual piece. Handwoven rugs are irregular by nature; dimensions are given to the nearest centimetre and small variation is inherent to the object rather than a defect.
How payment works
Your card is charged when you complete checkout. The payment is taken there and then, and your receipt follows within minutes.
You are charged exactly the price shown at checkout. It is duty-paid and includes delivery; nothing is added afterwards.
If we cannot fulfil the order — a piece damaged in storage, or the rare case of two people buying the same rug in the same minute — we refund you in full and write to explain. We never hold your money against a piece we cannot send.
Prices are inclusive of all applicable taxes and duties. Uniqxel LLC remits any state or local sales tax it is obliged to collect; nothing further is added at checkout and nothing is collected on delivery.
Where we ship
The United States, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Kuwait.
Prices are presented in US dollars, UAE dirhams, Saudi riyals, Qatari riyals or Kuwaiti dinars, depending on the destination.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify.
Nothing here takes away a right you have under the consumer law of the country you live in. Where that law gives you something these terms do not, that law applies.
Write to us first. Most questions about an order — where it is, what was charged, whether it can be returned — are answered the same day, and a refund does not need a dispute to reach it.
